MALTESE TRADITIONAL PLATTER

Ingredients: Camel Brand Bigilla Dip, Camel Brand Gozo Cheese lets Peppered, Camel Brand Feta Cheese, Camel Brand Sundried Tomatoes, Camel Brand Pickled Onions, Camel Brand White Beans in Oil, Camel Brand Octopus in Garlic, Camel Brand Olives, Camel Brand Capers, Camel Brand Marinated Vegetables, Maltese Sausage, Caponata, Tomato Paste and Add a Mixture of Salad.


Method: Plate ingredients and serve with Maltese Bread, Water Biscuits and Bread Sticks.

TORTILLA ROLL UPS

Ingredients: Camel Brand Cream Cheese Dip, Camel Brand Goat Cheeselets, Camel Brand Pickled Onions, Yellow and Red Peppers , Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes, Olive Oil and Grounded Black Peppers.

Method: Heat pan with Olive oil, add to cook the Pickled Onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and peppers.
Stir the cheese dip, add the ground pepper and heat the tortillas for a minute.
Spread the Mixture onto the Tortilla, and roll. Put in a Dish and bake for a few minutes.


SPECIAL BRUSCHETTA

Ingredients: Maltese baguette sliced, Camel Brand Tuna Dip, Fresh Tomatoes, Camel Brand Capers, Camel Brand Sliced Olives, Grated Cheese, and Fresh Basil.

Method: Chop fine the tomatoes, and in a bowl mix the tomatoes, capers and olives.
Pre-Heat Oven, Spread the Sliced Maltese baguette with the tuna dip. Place in a dish by adding some oil underneath the bread. With a spoon add some tomato mixture on each slice and put in oven for a few mins. Add grated cheese and basil and leave in oven for another 5 mins.

CANAPES FILLING

Ingredients: Canapes, Camel Brand Cheese Dip, Rikotta, Bacon, Basil and Parsley.

Method: In a Bowl mix 200gsm rikotta with 3 spoons of Camel Brand Cheese Dip,
add fine chopped 3 slices of Bacon, stir while adding basil and parsley, and serve in room tempreture.


MEDITERRANEAN SALAD

Ingredients: Camel Brand Feta Cheese, Camel Brand Goat Cheeselets, Camel Brand Sliced Green Olives, Camel Brand Capers & Vinegar, Camel Brand Pickled Onions, Camel Brand Sun Dried Tomatoes, Romaine Lettuce, Green Peppers, Cucumbers, Fresh Basil Leaves, Olive Oil, Salt and Black Pepper.

Method: Slice green peppers, onions and cucumbers. Mix lettuce, green olives, capers and sun dried tomatoes.
Crumble the feta cheese and chop goat cheeselets and fresh basil toss with olive oil. .
Best served with croutons, stale bread or and French Bread Sticks.

MARINATED OCTOPUS SALAD

Ingredients: Camel Brand Marinated Octopus in Garlic, Camel Brand Garlic Butter, rucola, green peppers, fresh herbs, Olive Oil, Lemon Zest, Salt and Black Pepper.

Method: Mix rucola with chopped green peppers and fresh herbs, adding the Octopus in garlic.
Serve with olive oil, lemon zest, salt, pepper and best accompanied with toasted bread.


MARINATED OCTOPUS SALAD

Ingredients: Camel Brand Marinated Octopus in Garlic, Camel Brand Garlic Butter, rucola, green peppers, fresh herbs, olive oil, lemon zest, Salt and Black Pepper.

Method: Mix rucola with chopped green peppers and fresh herbs, adding the Octopus in garlic. Serve with olive oil, lemon zest, salt, pepper and best accompanied with breaded garlic bread.

SALMON PASTA

Ingredients: Camel Brand Salmon Dip, Camel Brand Unsalted Butter, One Can of Salmon, Fine chopped onions, Olive Oil, fresh ground pepper and parsley.

Method: Melt the unsalted butter in a heated pan with oil, adding fine chopped onions. Add the salmon dip, add the can of Salmon blend gently the warm mixture and stir thoroughly the fresh pepper. Drain well the cooked Penne Pasta and pour into the warm serving bowl and mix the sauce.
And sprinkle on a pinch of fresh parsley and serve at once.

LINGUINI OCTOPUS

Ingredients: Camel Brand Marinated Octopus in Garlic, Camel Brand Sun Dried Tomatoes, Fresh Tomatoes, Fresh Herbs, White Wine, Chili, Garlic, and Olive Oil.

Method: Cook the garlic, chopped tomatoes and mix with the sundried tomatoes, adding the marinated octopus. Pour the white wine and blend the mixture gently, adding the finely chopped fresh herbs and chili.


PASTA WITH CHICKEN CHUNKS IN A RICH SUN DRIED TOMATOES CREAM SAUCE

Ingredients: Camel Brand Sun Dried Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic Cloves, Diced Chicken Breast, Fresh Cream, Mushrooms, Red Peppers and Fresh Basil Leaves.

Method: Heat oil in medium pan, add onions and garlic cloves and saute’ for a minute. Add the diced chunks of grilled chicken breast and leave to brown.
Add sun dried tomatoes, add fresh cream, crushed red peppers, mushrooms and stir with basil for a minute. Cook pasta, drain and return Penne, Tagliatelli or Fusilli to a pot and add enough liquid sauce. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper.

STUFFED PEPPERS WITH FETA AND COUSCOUS

Ingredients: Camel Brand Feta Cheese, Yellow and Red Peppers, Couscous, Camel Brand Butter Beans, Olive Oil, 2 Tablespoon Cumin, Olive Oil and Currants.

Method: Cut the top of the peppers, and clean well it’s inside. Boil the couscous for 5 minutes or as package instructions, and add the Camel Brand Butter Beans, cumin, currants and feta cheese. Stir all the ingredients using a fork and fill the peppers with the mixture and put in dish. Cook for about 30 mins.
Then and add more cheese to top of the peppers and leave for further 5-10mins so to melt.

Ingredients: Camel Brand Feta Cheese, Yellow and Red Peppers, Couscous, Camel Brand Butter Beans, Olive Oil, 2 Tablespoon Cumin, Olive Oil and Currants.

Method: Cut the top of the peppers, and clean well it’s inside. Boil the couscous for 5 minutes or as package instructions, and add the Camel Brand Butter Beans, cumin, currants and feta cheese.
Stir all the ingredients using a fork and fill the peppers with the mixture and put in dish. Cook for about 30 mins. Then and add more cheese to top of the peppers and leave for further 5-10mins so to melt.
